Epworth Children's Home Mother's Day Offering

Epworth Children’s Home was founded in 1896, with a mission of serving children whose families could not care for them. In 2025, 2,230 children, youth, and families were served because they had experienced some form of trauma. After 130 years, the mission remains the same: to serve children, youth and families through caring, safe, Christian communities, where hurts are healed, hope is nurtured and faith in God, self and others is developed. Epworth ensures the children are surrounded by loving Christian adults who work hard to create a warm, friendly and welcoming environment so that the children feel safe. Only then can they learn to break the cycle of abuse, neglect, and shame and replace it with a life of self-respect, responsibility, and productivity. How does Epworth do this work?
